About

I'm a communications specialist with over 17 years’ experience working in the creative industries.

I’m also an accredited Relational Dynamics 1st Coach and a member of the Clore Leadership alumni. Formerly a Non-Executive Director and Co-Chair of the Board at Brighton Natural Health Centre, and mentor for The Girls' Network.

My background

I trained as a dancer, graduating from the Royal Academy of Dance in 2007, and started out as a dance teacher before making the leap from practitioner to project person. From there, I cut my 'comms' teeth working in the arts, quickly finding my marketing niche in creative and digital settings. I developed an interest in coaching as a complimentary practice along the way and qualified as a coach in early 2019.

My approach

I believe that authentic communications and marketing activity helps individuals and organisations to reach their potential. Marketing doesn’t need to be crass or brash to effectively engage an audience. Good communication skills help teams work better together. So I like to combine coaching methods and tactical expertise to support people to communicate in ways that feel right for them and for their audiences.

I approach my work with energy, agility and a strategic focus, and have a track record of delivering results across a broad spectrum of communications activity.
